I Love connecting with you guys in person and I have an exciting announcement that can get us together! I have new Classes through the city of Newport Beach! They start next week! Mondays: 9am- Prenatal Yoga Location 16th s.t Rec center AND 5:45pm Yoga for Healing & 7pm Meditation and Mindfulness at The Community Youth Center 3000 5th ave Corona Del Mar.
Tuesdays: 9:30am Prenatal and 10:30am Baby & me Yoga at The Community Youth Center 3000 5th st. Corona Del Mar, Ca And Tuesday night Yoga for healing 6pm at 16th st. Rec. Center
Wednesdays: 11am Meditation and mindfulness at The Community Youth Center in Corona Del mar
And a Teen Mindfulness and Meditation class will begin in February at The Community Youth Center

The Second is this Friday January 12th is my birthday and to celebrate I am asking everyone to call President Trump, email, twitter Facebook message, write letters to urge him to move forward on the commission he asked Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to begin exactly one year ago. Nothing has moved forward and the vaccination schedule still needs a though rough investigation to ensure it is safe. We are seeing more injuries than ever before and the schedule has tripled since we were young. Weather you vaccinate your child or not ensuring there is not corporate interest corrupting the schedule and science is essential to ensure our children’s health and future. Please join me Friday January 12th on my Birthday to send a message, call in etc to the White House.
