Mindfulness and Newport

Hey everyone, how are you? Sometimes the change in season can bring up memories good and bad. This Fall I’d like to create some new great loving memories with you. I’d love to see you and your families. I’d love to help you all in moving forward feeling strong, supported, loved and resilient. So many of us wake up with Anxiety or go to bed with it. Mindfulness tools will empower you to relinquish those feelings. All those feelings of fear, frustration, anger, sadness, guilt, shame, unworthiness, anxiety, worry, you know all of that comes from our minds? When we learn to lower our brain wave frequencies, the mind clears, then what do we feel? We feel love because Love is what we are when we’re not in our head. Everyday we need to clear our heads and come back to our true essence. There are ways to balance the natural bio rhythms of the brain and body. I teach this to kids, teens parents and adults in all my classes. Our culture is changing and evolving because of this ancient science coming forward and now being acknowledged by modern science for its incredible benefits to our brain health and happiness. Our sanctuary is within us, and I can show you the way to master this art.

I have a bunch of classes beginning next week through the city of Newport Beach at their various facilities. I’m excited to be partnering with them and feeling their support at their gorgeous facilities. Would you like to come join me this fall?

Here is a list of classes I’m offering:

Mondays 7pm-8pm Meditation and Mindfulness (adults age 16 and up at the Community Youth Center CYC in CDM)

Tuesday- Kids Mindfulness and yoga 3:30-4:30pm & Teen Mindfulness and Yoga 4:30-5:30pm (at CYC in CDM) also Healing Yoga 6pm-7pm (at 16th st center closer to Costa Mesa)

Wednesday- Meditation and Mindfulness class 11am-12pm (at Bonita Creek near Back Bay)

Friday- Baby & me yoga 9:30am-10:30am (at CYC in CDM)

Sunday- Family Yoga and Mindfulness classes

Before you go I want to give you a tool to use the rest of your life that will help you regardless if you ever see me again- we can just call the tool Palms Up- Anytime your feeling upset or off just flip your palms up to the sky, rest them on your knees and face the palms up or bring your palms up to the sky if you like too, but flip your palms to the sky. And then take a few deep breaths. This allows the grace in. It will bring you back into the presence of the love here and now. Just remember this tool. Use it everyday and when your ready for more come see me.
